Azhar Bashir — Director / CEO. Civil Engineer and MBA Finance, with more than 25 years in engineering and project management.
He is a lifetime registered member of the Pakistan Engineering Council. The group’s engineering work is carried out under the registration of its engineer-owner; company licensing for buildings, dams and bridges is maintained as project requirements demand.
His career began with NLC Engineers on the Lahore roads rehabilitation project in 1997, followed by service as Senior Engineer on the Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project — one of the largest engineering undertakings in Pakistan’s history.
